Fountain Powerboats, Inc. Exports 40' Race Boat for European Offshore Racing Circuit

Washington, NC -- May 11th 2007--Fountain Worldwide™ , the exclusive
international distributor for Fountain Powerboats, Inc. announces the export of
their 40’ Fountain race boat bound for the European offshore racing circuit. The
company will use their involvement in racing to generate the same brand
recognition and loyal following in Europe that Fountain has enjoyed in the U.S for
decades. Fountain Worldwide™ , which owns and operates the race boat, will
campaign the high performance craft at all of the races in the famed “Powerboat
P-1” racing series. With stops in Italy, Germany, England, Belgium, and Portugal
the boat will generate excellent exposure for the foremost manufacturer of high
performance boats.
The boat is throttled by third-generation boat racer and Fountain Worldwide™
President / co-owner, Craig D. Wilson, also a two time U.S National Champion, a
Gold Cup and a Platinum Cup winner. The driver of the boat, James Sheppard is
the current U.I.M World Champion, six-time United Kingdom Champion, and
three time United Kingdom speed record holder. Wilson and Sheppard will
combine their extensive backgrounds in racing with the proven performance of
their Fountain race boat, which is powered by two Ilmor Viper V-10 engines and
mated to Arneson Surface Drives by Twin Disc™ .
